Important Changes to Quicken® and QuickBooks®
We are excited to announce that our new Stellar online banking platform will be available February 21, 2023 as Allegiance Bank and CommunityBank of Texas come together as Stellar Bank. To help you increase efficiency through greater functionality, within an exceptional user-friendly application, we are providing an upgrade that will require you to make changes to your Quicken® and QuickBooks® software.
The following conversion instructions reference two dates of action to ensure a smooth transition.
1st Action Date: February 17, 2023 before 5:00pm CST
A data file backup and final transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date as your transactions may not be available to download after the upgrade is complete.
2nd Action Date: February 21, 2023
This is the action date for the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken® or QuickBooks® accounts set up with the new connection.

Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for 3 to 5 business days. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this interruption. The following services may not work during this delay:
- Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
- QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect
- Mint
Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
